Application Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
Applications are subject to review and approval by the NWOUG Board Members and will be reviewed in the order they are received. All applicants will be notified of their paper submission status according to the schedule on our web site. Selected participants will be expected to fulfill their commitment to deliver a presentation exactly as described in the application (or to arrange for a qualified substitute speaker, if needed). NWOUG reserves the right to edit session titles and descriptions for publication online or in print .All breakout sessions are 1 hour (including Q&A). Speakers are required to provide adequate material to speak for the full length of the session. Speakers are required to provide a laptop computer. A screen, projector and podium (with microphone, if needed) will be provided by NWOUG.  Standard room setup is theater-style (rows of chairs) or classroom-style (rows of chairs and tables).

Please note that the CLOSE for the Call for Papers will be different for each event:
 - Seattle's Call for Papers is now CLOSED
 - Portland's Call for Papers will close on June 22nd

The presenters of accepted papers are entitled to a complimentary pass to the entire NWOUG conference with access to the KEYNOTES, ALL SESSIONS, and the EXHIBIT HALL.  Speakers will be featured in the Conference publication and on the Conference website.  We only provide one complimentary conference pass per presentation.  If you have co-presenters, you will need to decide who gets the pass and who will need to register.
